The UNESCO Chair on Threats to Cultural Heritage and the GEOLab Laboratory were honored to have Ms. Wang Rei from the Chinese National Academy of Arts as a Visiting Researcher and Art Lecturer. Her year-long visit was made possible by a scholarship from the China Scholarship Council and was a first-class opportunity for an experienced scholar of Greek and Chinese art to be present in Corfu. The UNESCO Chair cooperates systematically on the issues of Asian cultural heritage with the internationally renowned Museum of Asian Art Corfu (MAAC) and its director Mrs. Despina Zerniotis, a member of the Chair's scientific committee.
